Shipping policy

At PaddockPrints, we work with a global network of print providers (including Global Fulfillment for our hoodies and premium printing for our mugs and tees), your gear is often produced locally to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

1. Production Time (The Build)

Every item is printed on-demand specifically for you.

  • Processing time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it leaves 'the paddock'.

  • During peak seasons (like the start of the F1 season or holidays), production might take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (The Race)

We ship to nearly 60 countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for a "purple sector" every time, local customs or carrier delays are out of our control.

3. Split Shipments

To get your gear to you as fast as possible, orders with multiple different items (e.g., a hoodie and a mug) may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each package at no extra cost.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order hits the track, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside your local trade zone (e.g., shipping from the US to the EU or vice versa), your package may be subject to import duties or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your "coordinates" are correct at checkout. If a package is returned to our print partner due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
