At PaddockPrints, we don’t keep stacks of shirts in a warehouse. Every single item is custom-made especially for you the moment you hit the order button. Because we produce on-demand to avoid waste and keep our designs unique, our return policy differs from your average fast-fashion store.

The "No Change of Mind" Policy 
Because each product is custom-printed for your specific order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or don't like the color. Think of it like a pitstop: once the tires are on, the race is underway. Please double-check our size charts before confirming your order to ensure a perfect fit.

 

Damaged or Misprinted Items
Of course, if your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or if it was damaged during its "sprint" to your doorstep, we’ve got your back.

  • Please contact us at support@paddockprints.shop within 14 days of delivery.

  • Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

  • If the error is ours, we will send a replacement or issue a refund faster than a DRS-assisted overtake.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since all items are personalized/custom-made for your order, they cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. In accordance with EU law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made goods.

Please note that because our products are custom-made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. However, if your item is defective or damaged, our standard refund policy applies as described above.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
